My sofa finally arrived last night!
This, of course, allowed me to achieve one of my great ambitions for the year: I was able to sit on a sofa while watching TV! Shame there wasn't anything on, but still...
Tomorrow, I'm going to go one step forward, and watch TV while sitting on a sofa and eating chips.

I wouldn't go that far. As far as I know, the only thing worth watching on Sky at the moment is 24. I'm really only annoyed at not having it on principle.
Mmm, we have a sofa, but it's one of those Ikea bed things so it's not so great.
If it helps, French TV is no better than English. Sadly we are missing the delights of big brother though...
